As a member of the Norwalk Health System, we bring to the Norwalk and surrounding employer community an unmatched level of professional resources and medical expertise. We strive to coordinate and enhance access to medical care services provided by Norwalk Hospital to afford our clients a seamless care experience. Beyond providing excellent medical care to our clients, we recognize that our relationship with the employer extends well beyond providing direct medical care and screening services to their employees. As we position our company to serve as “your company’s physician”, we keep the employer informed of important aspects of their employees’ care, such as is the employee fit for duty; will their personal, non-occupational condition impact on their ability to work; do they meet the mandated physical and medical requirements to work in a regulated industry, and others. We do so in a manner which respects individuals' rights to medical privacy. Our mission also includes preserving the health and wellness of our clients and to that extent we offer a full complement of wellness-based preventative screenings, onsite health fairs, physical therapy services, educational programs, and executive level physical examinations. We counsel our clients regarding the results of their wellness screenings and encourage them to share their information with their personal physician.
