Norwalk Hospital Occupational Health and Rehabilitation Services is pleased to announce the opening of a new, state of the art facility within our current address at 520 West Avenue in Norwalk. This expansive facility combines the diverse resources and talent of our Occupational Healthcare and Outpatient Physical Therapy Services.

Our move and reorganization represents a renewed effort to continue to meet the employee healthcare needs of employers on several levels.
